Return Policy

Equipment Return - No used product may be returned for credit, replacement, or exchange other than as provided for in Microcom's Limited Warranty. New, unused/uninstalled, product may be returned in original packing, including all components, cables, software, manuals, etc., within 10 business days of invoice for credit only and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All sales of mini-PCI cards, OEM modules and other products as may be noted on the respective product pages, are considered final and may be returned for repair or replacement only if they are found to be defective out of the box. Manufacturer’s warranty may apply to these items.

Return Material Authorization - All returns must be accompanied by a Microcom Return Material Authorization form that may be obtained by contacting Microcom at or (818) 880-8008. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges.
